  • WhatsApp Business

  • Any future applications or digital platforms operated by KAS Trucks SARL

1.2 Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions govern:

  • Access to and use of the KAS Parts website;

  • Purchases made through the platform;

  • Product deliveries;

  • Returns and refunds;

  • Customer rights and obligations;

  • KAS Trucks SARL’s rights and obligations.

  • KAS parts may be forced, without prejudice, to modify the delivery times for parts that are not available;

5. ORDERS

5.1 Order Placement

5.2 Order Confirmation

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.

  • Lubricants and fluids already opened.

9.4 Refunds

10. WARRANTIES

Products sold by KAS Parts may benefit from manufacturer warranties where applicable.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

Where amicable resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Cameroon.
