Youth is the spearhead of the nation. And this would be more so if she is equipped with both theoretical and practical knowledge necessary for development of various sectors of activity. The Times or physical strength was an important criterion for becoming a mechanic is outdated. The profession has evolved and with the ever-increasing automation in the automobile (including heavy goods vehicles), it is imperative to equip young people with modern knowledge for their maintenance and repair. At KAS Academy, we started with the training of mechatronics specialists (mechanics – electronic engineers).

Ultimately, we will embrace all automotive professions so that, as in many countries, the automotive sector can be a reliable source of job creation in Africa.

Our training method is based on 80/20. That is 80% practice versus only 20% theory. The KAS Academy is approved by MINEFOP (Ministry of Vocational Training in Cameroon).  

Also, the automotive sector in Africa and Cameroon in particular is largely dominated by foreigners. By introducing a good dose of entrepreneurship into our training, we want to create a new generation of Cameroonian and African automobile entrepreneurs. Need
